Shipping & delivery
How long is the delivery time?
Your order is normally shipped within 2-5 working days.
How do you ship my order?
Your order is shipped by Normal Post Office for now but we are working to improve this service.
Can I track my order?
At the moment we are not shipping with tracking but can be done upon request. We are working to offer this service standard to all our deliveries.
Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will have the possibility to cancel an order that has already been placed. Should you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as possible!
Returns
How do I return an item?
If you wish to make a return, please contact us. We have a 14-day return policy and the item must be returned in perfect condition. The costs of the return are not covered by us.
