This bag specifically is made by master artisan Arelys, known for making the beautiful silk Wayuu bags, and her team of skilled weavers.

They often elaborate these beautiful pieces of art in very hard living conditions.

The Wayuu culture is rich in symbolism, tradition and follows a matriarchal society and way of living. These bags are very durable, can be washed on a gentle cycle in washing machine and tolerate a lot of weight. It is made of acrylic tread.
